Combine 2D & 3D To Create Artwork Tutorial

What will we be doing ?

This tutorial will take you from beginning to end, creating illustrative environment concept art combining both 2D and 3D techniques. The 3D module will consist of building a full 3D scene, and how to use camera angles to make your scenes look cinematic. The 2D module will constist of taking the completed 3D render into your chosen 2D software of choice. We will then be painting over it using a combination of traditional, and matte painting techniques. By the end of the tutorial you will have created your own cinematic masterpiece.

Is this suited to me ?

The tutorial uses unreal engine 5 and procreate but this tutorial can be used alongside any software. Even if your looking to develop your skills for different styles of art I guarantee there is a wealth of knowledge to be had from this tutorial.

Can I get this even if I don’t use 3D ?

Yes this tutorial has both a 3D and 2D section, all you need to do is use the parts that apply to your needs.
